Hunter Startups - Our Tomorrow Projects
Our Tomorrow Projects is a not-for-profit social enterprise start-up. The organisation aims to create collective social impact through the facilitation of community projects and events to increase not-for-profit funding and deliver coordinated social outcomes in the Newcastle and Hunter community.
We know that no single policy, government department, organisation or program can tackle or solve the increasingly complex social problems we are currently facing. The collective impact approach can.
The approach calls for multiple organisations or entities from different sectors to work towards a common agenda, shared measurement and alignment of effort.
The organisation acts as the connector for collective impact initiatives in the community. It is a neutral entity with dedicated staff, ensuring members no longer have to work alone.
The organisation aims to empower the Newcastle and Hunter communities by working with individual members, not-for-profits, charities, for purpose businesses, social impact entrepreneurs, local council, government and corporations to deliver projects which address the most pressing social needs of the local community.
The organisation is currently seeking corporate partners and sponsorship.
