Jonathan Craig, GWH Managing Director said that “GWH identified that tenants looking for modern commercial spaces in Lake Macquarie, did not have an option that included the level of sophistication that modern state of the art buildings in our capital cities offer.”
“Macquarie Tower incorporates end of trip facilities, building services and integrated partnerships with retail, food and beverage and childcare unlike any other in the greater Newcastle region,” said Jonathan.

The work spaces within have been designed to support agile work environments, optimising the use of space, increasing employee satisfaction,
productivity and encouraging a collaborative culture.
