Compass Housing receives international award
Hunter-based Compass Housing Services has been announced as the recipient of the Greentree International Don Bowman Initiative Award.
Greentree, a leading provider of business management software, established the award to recognise partner companies who’ve made significant impact on projects and initiatives across Greentree’s global community.
This year’s award was provided to Compass for its work in adapting and customising Greentree to be the most advanced and connective product in the housing sector.
Compass is Australia’s largest community housing provider, and recently won a joint venture tender to deliver the Logan Renewal Initiative in Queensland – the largest social housing revitalisation project in Australian history.
Managing Director Greg Budworth said Compass’ success was partially due to its ability to deliver an information management system capable of managing such a large number of properties with minimal disruption to tenants.
“As Australia’s leading community housing provider, we are working to lead the way with innovation in all areas of our business, including information management systems’ Mr Budworth said.
“Our thanks to Greentree International for the award, and of course for the product itself.”
Scott Graham, Director of Kinectic Information, said he was proud to work with Compass as their Greentree Support Provider.
“Compass’ persistence, initiative and dedication, leveraging the strength and flexibility of its Greentree system, have seen it grow to the forefront of community housing in Australia,” Mr Graham said.
