Trade careers on offer at Bengalla Mining for Upper Hunter locals
Bengalla Mining Company is again investing in the next generation of Upper Hunter tradespeople, partnering with MIGAS Apprentices & Trainees to offer Electrical and Plant Mechanic Apprenticeships to local candidates.
Hunter Valley locals have an opportunity to launch a trade career at one of the region's most respected mining operations, with MIGAS Apprentices & Trainees and Bengalla Mining Company now accepting applications for Electrical and Plant Mechanic Apprenticeships.
Successful applicants will complete a four-year apprenticeship at Bengalla's open-cut coal mine, combining hands-on experience with industry-leading training at Hunter Institute Muswellbrook Mining Industry Skills Centre and Hunter TAFE.
Apprentices earn above award wages from day one, receive a fully equipped toolbox and bonus incentives throughout their apprenticeship, and have their TAFE fees covered in full - graduating with a nationally recognised qualification.
