Simon joined the HVRF in 2007 and has provided solid leadership in the field of regional economics. This appointment strengthens the growing links between the HVRF and HMRI.

HVRF has appointed Senior Research Fellow Shanthi Ramanathan as Acting Director of Research (DoR). Shanthi has extensive experience in research project management, including managing the HVRF’s groundbreaking Wellbeing Watch program. As DoR she will be a major ‘voice’ for the research program and will also manage the Foundation’s diverse research team.
